It therefore requires an Enhanced DBS with Barred List check, and applicants must disclose all cautions and convictions, including spent ones. It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children. Disclosure will not automatically prevent employment; a risk assessment will be carried out however we may deem some convictions / cautions as unsuitable to work with children.

Hanfodol ydy sgiliau'r Gymraeg ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym yn chwilio am ymgeiswyr sy'n gallu ein helpu ni i ehangu ein darpariaeth a'n gwasanaethau dwyieithog.
Nod Coleg Cambria ydy hyrwyddo ac ymgorffori'r Gymraeg a diwylliant Cymru yn rhagweithiol. Rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu cyfleoedd a chefnogi ein cydweithwyr i ddatblygu eu sgiliau Cymraeg mewn lleoliadau ffurfiol ac anffurfiol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys gallu dilyn cynlluniau hyfforddiant Cymraeg yn ogystal â thaliadau anogaeth ar gyfer darpariaeth a gwasanaethau dwyieithog.
Rydym yn annog ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg yn fawr. Ni fydd ceisiadau a gyflwynwyd yn y Gymraeg yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na cheisiadau a gyflwynwyd yn Saesneg.
Bydd ffurflenni cais, deunydd esboniadol, gwybodaeth am y broses gyfweld a dulliau asesu a disgrifiadau swydd i gyd ar gael yn Gymraeg.
Mae Coleg Cambria yn gyflogwr 'Hyderus o ran Anableddau'.
Rydyn ni'n adeiladu coleg sy'n adlewyrchu'r gymuned fywiog ac amrywiol rydyn ni'n ei gwasanaethu. Rydyn ni'n croesawu ac yn annog ceisiadau gan unigolion o bob cefndir, yn enwedig y rhai o grwpiau heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol.
Mae Coleg Cambria wedi ymrwymo i ddiogelu pob dysgwr, ac rydym yn disgwyl i bob aelod o staff rannu'r ymrwymiad hwn.
Mae'r rôl hon wedi'i chynnwys o dan Orchymyn Deddf Adsefydlu Troseddwyr 1974 (Eithriadau) ac wedi'i dosbarthu fel gweithgaredd rheoleiddiedig.
Mae'n ofynnol felly cael gwiriad DBS Uwch gyda Rhestr Waharddedig, ac mae'n rhaid i ymgeiswyr ddatgelu pob rhybudd a chollfarn yn cynnwys unrhyw rai sydd wedi darfod. Mae'n drosedd gwneud cais os ydych wedi'ch gwahardd rhag gweithio gyda phlant. Ni fydd datgelu yn atal cyflogaeth yn awtomatig; cynhelir asesiad risg ond efallai y byddwn yn ystyried bod rhai euogfarnau / rhybuddion yn golygu eu bod nhw'n anaddas i weithio gyda phlant.
Yn dibynnu ar y swydd, efallai y bydd angen i ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus gofrestru gyda Chyngor y Gweithlu Addysg hefyd.
Fel arfer mae swyddi'n cael eu hysbysebu gydag ystod cyflog. Os cewch gynnig swydd yn y coleg, bydd profiad perthnasol yn cael ei ystyried er mwyn pennu eich cyflog cychwynnol.
Sylwer fod Coleg Cambria yn cadw'r hawl i gau'r rhestr ymgeiswyr yn gynnar ar gyfer unrhyw swydd pe byddwn yn derbyn nifer fawr o geisiadau. Byddwn yn argymell eich bod yn cwblhau eich cais cyn gynted â phosibl os hoffech gael eich ystyried ar gyfer y swydd hon.
