About the Role
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher of St Christopher's School who will provide exceptional professional leadership and strategic direction for a large and complex special school, ensuring the highest possible standards of education, care, wellbeing, safeguarding and personal development for pupils' with a wide range of additional learning needs (including profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism, social communication needs, medical needs, severe learning difficulties and associated vulnerabilities.

The Headteacher will secure continued school improvement through a clear vision, collaborative leadership, and a strong culture of safeguarding, respect, dignity, and inclusion. They will ensure every learner receives a high-quality and personalised education that enables them to thrive academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

An Enhanced DBS & EWC registration is required for this position.
