Ysgol Bro Dinefwr is seeking an inspirational, proactive and strategically minded Business Manager to lead the school's key business and operational functions from July 2026. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a forward‑thinking school committed to bilingualism, innovation, strong governance and the highest standards of service to pupils, staff and the wider community.
As Business Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all support functions, including finance, Human Resources, facilities/property, administration and support services.
- Drive efficiency, innovation and excellence in financial and operational management, ensuring robust planning, monitoring and compliance across all systems.
- Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team by providing strategic advice, analysis and management information on all aspects of the school's resources.
- Lead and mentor support staff teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high performance and continuous improvement.
