We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Cover Supervisor to support children across the primary age range. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a vibrant and forward-thinking school community. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are warmly encouraged to apply - this role offers valuable classroom experience in a supportive and ambitious setting.

- Support teaching and learning across the primary age range (27.5 hours per week), including delivering engaging whole-class lessons during PPA, leadership time, and staff absence;
- Work confidently with individuals and groups, promoting inclusion and supporting children with additional needs;
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and a secure understanding of the Curriculum for Wales;
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to enabling every child to succeed, with high expectations for behaviour and progress;
- Show flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to embrace new initiatives and approaches;
- Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, building positive relationships across the school community;
- Be a team player who contributes to continuous school improvement and is committed to ongoing professional development;
- Approach challenges with determination, positivity, and a can-do attitude - making a real difference every day
