Salary Grade 7, scale pt 15 - 19 Pro Rata - Term Time
Llanidloes High School is a green category, bilingual, 11-18, oversubscribed school with over 600 pupils on roll, located in beautiful Mid Wales. We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, dynamic member of staff to join our splendid team.
The successful candidate will:
• provide first line support to learners on pastoral issues;
• provide attendance, behavioural and educational support to learners;
• provide a strategic link between the school and other agencies and
parents/carers;
• care deeply for the wellbeing and academic success of all our pupils;
• have excellent interpersonal skills and a team ethos, as well as being adept at working independently;
• have excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic;
• have a 'can do' attitude to problem solving;
• be committed to applying reliable research to their practice.
