New Directions are looking to recruit a Welsh speaking Learning Support Assistant to work in a handful of well-regarded and friendly primary schools in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be flexible, passionate, and approachable whilst adopting a positive attitude. The schools are looking for a motivated individual that will take on tasks using their own initiative and be able to turn their hand to various challenges.
Experience of working with primary school age children is essential; however, this could be on a volunteering or employment basis and not necessarily in a classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will also:
• Have strong communication skills
• Adopt a supportive approach
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Be patient
• Have a passion for Education
