The post holder will lead the operational delivery of digital learning across the College, driving quality in teaching and learning through innovative use of digital technologies. They will manage digital learning projects, develop resources, and provide training for staff and learners, ensuring alignment with the College's Digital Strategy and wider digital transformation initiatives. Working collaboratively with the Director of IT and Digital Transformation, the Director of Quality and Learner Journey, the post holder will promote digital safety, accessibility, and compliance, maintain the College's Microsoft Showcase status, and support curriculum innovation to enhance learner experience and outcomes.
