If you are a current Leader with a passion and moral purpose for making a difference, this may be the role for you. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic, driven and innovative leader to join the school at a time of important change and improvement.

The school is looking for a leader who:

  • has the ability to drive standards, lead learning and teaching, ensuring there are exciting, creative, challenging and empowering learning opportunities for all pupils

  • is an excellent team worker, able to work alongside other senior leaders within the school
  • has experience of the day-to-day management of a school
  • has resilience, energy, flexibility, enthusiasm and is relentless in their drive to improve themselves and those around them
  • has highly effective leadership skills and recognises the importance of accountability
  • is able to embrace and manage change and work with community partners, including building important links with parents and our cluster schools.
