Bridgend College is seeking a HubSpot CRM Lead to lead the development, integration, and adoption of our CRM platform. As the CRM Systems Lead, you will take ownership of embedding HubSpot across teams, systems, and working practices, ensuring it becomes our central tool for managing relationships, marketing activity and new business development.
We are looking for a candidate who combines technical CRM capability with strong organisational engagement skills, acting as both a system lead and an internal champion for digital transformation.
Job Purpose
To drive the strategic use of the CRM to improve internal collaboration, support the growth of commercial income and strengthen engagement with learners, employers and other key stakeholders.
