This is an exceptional career opportunity to contribute to the education offer in Conwy and to contribute to the education inclusion support offer for schools in Conwy. This role of Education Inclusion Development Officer has been created in response to the increasing need to support young people experiencing attendance difficulties, school avoidance, or educational disengagement.
We are seeking an individual with expertise in working with children and young people with complex social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, attendance policies, and inclusion strategies. You will be a collaborative practitioner with extensive experience in education inclusion along with the linked experience in positive and inclusive ALN practice to support learners. You will be able to evidence how your inclusion work has improved outcomes for learners in education settings.
