APPOINTMENT OF HEADTEACHER FOR YSGOL DOLAFON

Full-time permanent post - required for September 2026

Group L7-13

The post includes a 3.5 day a week teaching commitment.

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving educational excellence and delivering a broad, balanced curriculum with a strong focus on outdoor learning? The governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to lead and inspire this school and drive the school forward.

As Headteacher, your leadership will nurture a strong, inclusive culture of learning, personal growth, and well-being, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.

The successful candidate must hold the NPQH qualification for the position of headteacher.

  • The capacity to foster and develop close partnerships between pupils, staff, governors and parents.
  • Experience of financial management.
