The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an excellent and highly dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference across our whole school community.

About the Role:
  • Provide sickness and teacher release cover across the whole school, delivering high‑quality learning in the absence of class teachers.
  • Support teaching and learning across all age groups as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds HLTA status or an equivalent Level 4 qualification.
  • Has experience working across the primary age range.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, adaptability, and organisational skills.
  • Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
