Cardiff and Vale College

Salary: £26,389 - £51,934 per annum dependent on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Electronics to join Team CAVC. If you are passionate about developing the next generation of skilled engineering and electronics professionals, thrive in an inclusive and forward‑thinking environment, and enjoy bringing technical learning to life through engaging, hands‑on delivery, we would love to hear from you.

Based at our ICAT Campus, you will deliver high‑quality teaching, assessment and learner support, helping students build strong technical knowledge, practical competency and the confidence to progress in their careers. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, contributing to continuous improvement within the department, and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional learning experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to inspiring learners and supporting their academic and personal development.

Applications are to be made using the Cardiff and Vale College application form only. The college welcomes applications in Welsh.
