Overall job purpose
Support the Headteacher through providing strategic and operational leadership across the school, with focus specific on well-being, behaviour, safeguarding, inclusion and attendance, to ensure that all learners have the best possible opportunity to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

Fulfilling professional duties in accordance with Professional Welsh Teachers standards, School Policies and Procedures, and current Legislation and Protection Guidelines.

Teachers' professional duties and responsibilities are outlined in the Teachers and School Salary Conditions Document (Wales).

• Create and promote a strong ethos of safeguarding, safety and well-being
• Ensure opportunity equality and access to quality education high for all learners
• Lead with emphasis on positive relationships, respect and constructive behavior
• Working together with staff, parents / governors and external agencies
