We are looking to appoint an exceptionally enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh teacher to join our successful and innovative department. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, with the ability to teach across the full range of abilities at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (first or second language).
Our Welsh department is a thriving and ambitious team. We are proud to offer Welsh First Language to GCSE level and Welsh Second Language to A Level. Our aim is to provide engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning experiences that develop learners as ambitious, capable individuals and informed, ethical citizens.
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Has a passion for the Welsh language
- Can inspire, motivate, and challenge learners of all abilities
- Is committed to high-quality teaching and learning in line with the principles of the Curriculum for Wales
- Is willing to contribute to the ongoing development of the Area of Learning and Experience (AoLE)
- Is eager to play a full part in the wider life of the school community
