JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidates will be patient, calm and resilient professionals who can work effectively with children presenting with a range of Additional Learning Needs. They will ideally have previous experience of working with complex and vulnerable learners of secondary age although training will be given. They will be confident in implementing strategies at an individual pupil or classroom level encouraging learners to reach their potential and share a positive learning experience as they move towards adulthood. They will work within a supportive team and under the direction of the Heads of Faculty, senior staff and other key professionals in order to remove barriers to learning.
They will be a role model to learners, colleagues and external stakeholders with a flexibility in approach to meet the demands required within this challenging and rewarding environment.
