We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Performing Arts (Dance) to join our Creative Industries department at Cardiff and Vale College. The post will commence in September 2026 and will involve delivering high‑quality teaching and assessment across Performing Arts programmes at Levels 3 and 4 (UAL).The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing engaging Dance provision, supporting learner progression, achievement and wellbeing, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also includes associated academic administration, monitoring learner progress and working collaboratively with colleagues to support continuous improvement and the wider aims of the College.
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis as maternity cover, with the contract running until July 2027. The role is fractional and primarily based at our City Centre Campus, with flexibility to work across other College sites as required.
