Monmouthshire Inclusion Service is continuing to enhance its provision for children and young people with additional learning needs. Through the specialist model of provision, the Inclusion Service continues to strive for excellence, in a provision that is person-centred, prioritises wellbeing and access to learning to secure progress. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who is ready to take a role in the further development of our specialist provision. Applications are sought from innovative, enthusiastic teachers who are committed to inclusion.
Monmouthshire's model of specialist provision is for children with additional learning needs. The children accessing this provision are in receipt of Individual Development Plans, with the primary need of social, emotional and mental health, in many cases, linked to neuro divergence.
Monmouthshire's Inclusion Service are committed to developing the potential of all staff and pupils. A full programme of training and support helps foster trauma-informed and relational practice to underpin sound pedagogy. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to supporting our pupils as part of an experienced, open and collaborative service.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
Temporary End Date (if applicable):
Location: Monmouthshire Pupil Referral Unit South, Mathern, NP16 6LA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
Term Time Only - Weeks per Year (if applicable):
