Hourly Paid Lecturer in Business

We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate and enthusiastic Curriculum team at Bridgend College. As an Hourly Paid Lecturer, you will plan, develop, evaluate and deliver the curriculum content of learning programmes effectively and efficiently on our Business curriculum provision.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of Business FE and HE qualification standards from Level 1 to Level 6, experience of teaching and delivering Level 1 to Level 3, and a proven record of developing and organising work related materials. A Masters’ degree or significant commercial experience is desirable. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
Please note, this an hourly paid contract which means that specific days and hours cannot be guaranteed - they are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis to fit the needs of the service and so may vary.
