We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and professional School Support Officer to join our administrative team working term-time only (39 weeks).

This is a busy and varied role supporting key areas including attendance, administration and financial processes, while contributing to the smooth running of the school office.

The successful candidate will support the school's attendance systems, including monitoring and reporting data and communicating with parents and carers using the school's management information systems. The role also includes providing administrative and reception support, assisting with general office and financial processes, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.

Working closely with leadership and teaching staff, you will contribute to a wide range of administrative duties and help ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the school. The role requires positive working relationships with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.

You will have strong administrative and IT skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally are essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

Previous administrative experience is required; school experience is desirable but not essential.
