About the Role
Governors of Hafod Y Wern Community Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team to cover a post of maternity leave from 1 st September 2026 to 19 th March 2027.

The successful candidate will:
• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and learning experiences
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
• C ontribute to the wider life of the school
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within the primary phase
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
• Be adaptable, committed, and a strong team player
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
