The Role:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, reflective and highly flexible teacher to join our committed and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to inclusive education and who believes that strong relationships are at the heart of successful teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher who understands the importance of meeting the needs of all learners through high-quality universal provision. They will recognise the significance of the Three Enablers in supporting children's progress, wellbeing and engagement and will actively embed these within their daily practice.
At Townhill, Universal Learning Provision is central to our approach. We are looking for a teacher who takes this responsibility seriously and who is committed to creating an environment where every child feels valued, included and able to thrive. The successful candidate will have high expectations for all learners and demonstrate a genuine commitment to equity, inclusion and child-centred practice.
