Supporting teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
Working with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
Helping to prepare learning materials and maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
Supporting literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
Taking part in break times, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
Assisting pupils with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, mobility) under supervision.
Learning about and applying key school policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and behaviour management.
