The governors are seeking to appoint an excellent and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated and skilled team of professionals in our caring and inclusive school.

The successful candidate should:

• Be able to work in a nurturing way, to support all children's needs.
• Be sensitive, empathetic and have an understanding of the diverse community we work in.
• Be an effective team member.
• Have highly effective literacy and numeracy skills.
• Have experience of motivating and engaging primary age children.
• Understand the skills needed to support pupils with additional learning needs.
• Be willing to undertake training as and when necessary to further develop their skills.
