Job Title: Information Services Assistant (Examinations)

Contract: Full-Time (37 Hours), Permanent

Location: Cardiff / Vale

Salary: £18,689 - £21,030 per annum



We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Services Assistant within the Examinations Team at Cardiff and Vale College.



Reporting into the Examinations Team Leader and Examinations Manager, you will be responsible for providing support for all aspects of the department including the following:



To perform general office duties, including data entry, enrolment of students and general enquiries from staff and students.
To ensure learner registrations, exam entries and results are processed within awarding body deadlines and recorded accurately in the central system.
Scheduling online exams and making exam entries with external awarding bodies.
Exam invigilation
Scanning, filing and processing of certificates.
Dealing with internal and external enquiries regarding registrations, results and certificates.


The successful applicant will have a sound educational background, good level of IT experience in Microsoft office and demonstrable commensurate experience within an administrative role.



The successful applicant will be required to work between all sites within the college subject to business requirements.
