IT Service Desk Assistant

Full-Time (37 hours per week) and Fixed Term for 1 year

Salary scale 2: £25,402 per annum

In this customer-focused role, you will provide essential first line support to staff, learners, and visitors across all our campuses. You will be at the heart of our technical operations, managing user accounts and configuring systems such as Chromebooks and laptops. You will also play a key role in the IT provision for our brand-new Town Centre Campus, offering a unique opportunity to help shape a modern learning environment from the ground up.

We are looking for a motivated team player, who thrives in a busy environment in a large organisation. With a Level 2 qualification or 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C, including English and Maths) or equivalent, you should also have a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Operating Systems. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail will be key, with Welsh language skills also highly desirable for this position.
