Required for September 2026, this is a highly important role within the school and is central to embedding our Trauma-Informed approach in all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting young people with a range of emotional and social needs, helping to create an environment where every pupil feels safe, supported and able to succeed.
The role will also involve working collaboratively with staff to help create classrooms built upon strong, positive relationships, as well as engaging proactively with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and flexibility in their day-to-day practice.
At the heart of our school is our ethos of family - Teulu QEH. This underpins every decision we make for every child in our community, and the successful candidate will become an integral part of this caring and supportive culture.
Shortlisted candidates will be expected to attend an informal tour and meeting with the Deputy Headteacher prior to interview.
