The Governors of this successful Catholic secondary school are seeking to recruit experienced and suitably qualified individuals to join the learning support assistant team.
The Successful candidates will be eager to support young people with additional learning needs in the classroom. An interest in becoming involved in extracurricular activities, such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme or after school clubs is desirable.
The ability to work as part of a team is essential along with previous experience of working with children and young people. Applicants should have GCSE grade A*-C or NVQ Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics and be computer literate.
The school is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of students and staff. As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children you will be required to undertake a criminal record check via the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and the school will carry out reference checks
