About the roleWe are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant within our dedicated ALN team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, across our 3-19 age range.
Main responsibilities
- Provide support to individual pupils and small groups
- The experience or enthusiasm to upskill to be able to deliver interventions
- Work under the direction of the class teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment as appropriate to the role
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school's values and ethos
- Support the welfare, safety, and inclusion of all learners
- Someone with teaching assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills in a school setting
- A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach
- Willingness to undertake professional training
- Ability to use Welsh and English
