We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to coordinate workforce development, safeguarding training and key information systems across Carmarthenshire schools.
This role will lead the delivery of the schools' CPD programme, ensure safeguarding compliance, support effective communication and data systems, and oversee budget and operational management, including Neuadd y Gwendraeth.
You will have:
- A relevant business management qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience of financial and system management
- Strong ICT, reporting and organisational skills
- Knowledge of schools, safeguarding and data protection
Welsh language skills required (Level 4 spoken/written).
