Coleg Cambria are recruiting for a Lecturer in Animal Care to join the Animal Care team at Northop.
As a Lecturer in Animal Care you will be responsible for delivering courses from Entry to Level 5 and will guide and support learners with a positive and professional manner. For this role there will be a focus on level 2 animal nursing assistants and level 3 veterinary nursing. We are looking for a registered veterinary nurse who is able to demonstrate a passion for the subject and be able to keep up to date with the latest developments within the subject area.
Essential Requirements
Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in veterinary nursing
Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407) or willing to work towards
Registered veterinary nurse (RVN).
Knowledge of the broad range of learning needs and how to support these needs within a learning environment.
