Your Experience
• At least 2 years' experience of nurturing young learners within the last 5
years.
Your Understanding
• Additional Learning Needs (ALN) matter to you
• You understand how strong systems & policies support children
• You believe in Foundation Learning as a journey, not a checklist
Your Qualifications
• GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths (A-C)
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent childcare qualification)

• You connect easily with children, families & colleagues
• You value community and partnership
• You communicate with clarity, care and purpose
Your Skills in Action
• Shape practice in line with CIW & Estyn
• Use technology to enhance learning journeys
