Salary: £15 per hour Level 2£20 per hour Level 3+

Cardiff and Vale College is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lead Football Coach (Female Programme) to join our Football Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping and growing our female football provision within a high-performing and ambitious environment.

About the role

Working closely with the Head of Football, you will lead the delivery of the female football programme, supporting student athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch. You will help create a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture, while driving participation and raising the profile of women's football across the College.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a UEFA B Licence (or is working towards it)
• Has experience of coaching within a player development environment
• Is passionate about supporting and inspiring young athletes
• Demonstrates strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
• Is committed to continuous improvement and professional development

This position is a fixed term contract ending in March 2027
