1:1 Learning Support Assistant (4 Days per Week)Grade 4 - £25,989 for 22 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £13,573.91 pro rata
We are looking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide individual support to a pupil over 4 days per week.
The role is a fixed term contract linked to external funding. This funding is subject to and dependent on the pupils next IDP review, contract will cease on 31 st August 2028 or at such time the pupil leaves the school or no longer requires the additional support we are providing, whichever the sooner. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, outside agencies and pupil, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential within the school environment.
Previous experience working with children is desirable, but a positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to supporting young people are essential.
