About the Role:

Following recent appointments to our Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking two exceptional leaders to take the helm of a school and shape the experience of our learners and staff.

As a Head of School, you will lead the operational direction of your curriculum area, driving quality, outcomes and a culture of ambition. You will inspire and develop your teams, build strong partnerships across the College and our communities, and ensure every learner has the opportunity to thrive. It is a role for someone who leads with purpose, brings people with them, and is committed to making a genuine difference across the South Wales valleys.

We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have a background in key regional priority areas of:
  • Construction, Energy & Environment
  • Creative, Media & Digital Arts
  • Healthcare, Childcare and Life Sciences
  • Computing, IT & Data Science
  • Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing
