Facilities Officer

Salary: £26,102 - £28,266

Merthyr Tydfil College are looking to recruit an Estates & Facilities Officer to join its Estates and Infrastructure department. The main purpose of the post is to assist with the provision of an efficient and effective maintenance support service, including the security of the college's premises and resources.

The post holder would undertake both reactive and proactive general maintenance of the college buildings and grounds.

The post will commence in late August 2026

Candidates should have experience working in a similar role and have good general building maintenance skills.

Working hours includes a shift and on-call rota. On-call rota currently 1-week-in-5

A DBS check is a requirement of this post.
