About the Role
We are seeking to appoint 3 experienced cleaners to provide high quality cleaning of our school. Your main duties would include:

To undertake deep cleaning of the school as directed.
To carry out any reasonable instructions from the Headteacher or designated supervisor relating to the cleaning of school premises.
Brushing, hoovering/mopping, polishing, dusting offices, sports hall and classrooms and emptying bins.
Use of mechanical scrubber to clean sports hall floor
Polish floor with buffing machine (training will be provided if necessary).
Toilet areas, disinfecting, mopping, emptying bins, toilet sanitising.
Corridors - polishing, brushing, hovering/mopping and wiping edges.
Stairways - hovering or mopping, wiping edges.
Undertake other duties as required by your Headteacher and/or Supervisor.

The contracts are for 41 weeks per year. Hours of work would be from 3.00 p.m. - 6.12 p.m. Monday-Friday during term time (38 weeks). The additional 3 weeks are to be used for school training days and deep cleaning. These hours will be discussed at interview.
