Are you a forward-thinking graduate ready to make a tangible impact on climate change?

We are looking for a Graduate Energy & Sustainability Engineer to join our estates & facilities team.

In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk-you will be at the heart of our mission to transform our campuses into a beacon of sustainability. You will focus on the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of building performance across the entire college estate. Your insights will directly drive operational efficiency, ensure statutory compliance, and accelerate our journey towards Net Zero across all campuses.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Requirements & Compliance

  • Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
  • Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
