Deputy Headteacher - To start January or Easter 2027

We are looking for an inspirational, ambitious and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team at Ysgol yr Holl Saint - All Saints' School. As a proud Church in Wales school , our Christian character and values are at the heart of school life. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will play a central role in leading our school, supporting our talented staff team and ensuring that every pupil is given the opportunity to thrive, achieve and succeed.

This is a varied and exciting leadership role. You will help lead high-quality teaching and learning, support the continued development of our curriculum and play a key role in school improvement. You will be a visible, approachable and values-led leader who builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, families, Governors and our wider community, while contributing fully to the day to day leadership and management of our busy and highly successful school.

We are looking for an excellent teacher and confident leader who is passionate about primary education and genuinely ambitious for our pupils. You will bring energy, creativity and a strong sense of teamwork, alongside the ability to support, challenge and inspire others. You will understand the importance of leading with compassion, integrity and courage and will share our commitment to an inclusive school community where our values of Respect, Friendship and Care are lived out every day.
