..is friendly, approachable and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for many visitors, you will be able to converse confidently, courteously and professionally with children, parents, visitors and colleagues, creating a warm and welcoming first impression of our school.
You will be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and work efficiently in a busy school office. You will have good IT skills, be confident using a range of office software and management systems, and be able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion, handling sensitive information with discretion. The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team is essential.
Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, as would experience of financial administration, including processing orders, invoices and budgets. The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh, or a willingness to develop your Welsh language skills, would also be desirable.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is committed to providing an efficient, high-quality administrative service that supports the smooth running of the school and contributes positively to the experience of our pupils, families and staff.
