Help us attract the people who inspire futures.
At Coleg Gwent, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Every role within the College contributes to creating opportunities, transforming lives and supporting our learners to achieve their ambitions.
We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Resourcing Advisor to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment and resourcing service that attracts talented, diverse and values-driven colleagues who will help shape the future of education across our campuses.
Working closely with managers across the College, you'll provide expert recruitment advice, champion inclusive and safer recruitment practices, and ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience from application through to appointment.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping us attract talented people who share our passion for transforming lives through education.
If you're looking for a role where you can influence recruitment strategy, champion inclusive practices and contribute to the future success of the College, we'd love to hear from you.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
