Hours: 36 ¼ Hours Per Week (Term Time Only, 39 Weeks Per Year)

5 Days Per Week – 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary: Grade 7 - £31,022 x 87.94% (pro rata)

The Governing Body of Evan James Primary wish to appoint a trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic person to join the staff at the above school. Candidates should be well motivated, show initiative and have a flexible attitude towards the duties of the post & work that needs to be carried out at the school.

Knowledge of the Welsh language would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to:
  • Take a lead role in planning, development, design, organization and monitoring of support systems/ procedures
  • Line Management responsibilities where appropriate
  • Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
  • Hold regular team meetings with managed staff
  • Undertaking induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for other staff as appropriate
  • Take lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including iTrent, SIMS, Plasc
