The Governing Body of Oaklands Primary School is looking to appoint a skilled Administration Clerk to work in a friendly and busy school office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (oral and written), good time management, the ability to cope under pressure and the ability to relate well to children, staff, parents and visitors to the school.
The successful candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills
- Welcoming to the school community and visitors
- Able to work effectively as part of a dedicated hard-working team
- Able to demonstrate excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to use Word and Excel
- Knowledgeable of the school system process, including Bromcom and iTrent
- Able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative
- Trustworthy and professional
- Responsible for budget management, financial controls and HR processes, pupil administration and other general school office management processes.
