Ysgol Ty Coch is special school that puts its learners at the centre of all it does. The school has two sites. One in Tonteg, 7 miles north of Cardiff and the other in Ynysybwl 3 Miles north of Pontypridd. The Governing Body of Ysgol Ty Coch are seeking to appoint highly motivated, and supportive Teaching Assistants to support learners and teachers during our ongoing improvement journey. Applications are invited from those who are committed to ALN learners. A background of ALN experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Will support our pupils by assisting in personal care including feeding and changing etc
- Will implement various strategies as instructed by the class teacher.
- Will work as part of a team and maintain a positive atmosphere.
