Learning and Development Advisor

Panda Education and Training Ltd
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development to join our team. The role can be either part or full time.

You will be responsible for supporting, training and assessing a caseload of learners to achieve the following qualifications:

Level 3 Certificate in Assessment of Vocational Achievement
Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development
Level 4 IQA (if suitably qualified)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and able to work independently.
Confident at using technology such as e-portfolios, Zoom. Teams and willing to try new digital tools
Willing to help us grow and develop the business
Fun, friendly and professional

Sounds like you so far? To ensure you are right for the job, you would also need:

To hold a relevant L&D related qualification such as a PGCE / AET / CET / DET / PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS
To be a qualified assessor such as D32/33/A1/ CAVA
Preferably a qualified IQA (desirable, not essential)
To hold a full driving licence (once things get back to normal, you would be visiting learners in the workplace as appropriate)
Able to work from home (peripatetic) – the majority of our work is currently carried out online.
