Salary Details: Scale MS1- MS6 (£52,333 - £60,885 pro rata)

Contract Type: Salaried (Management) - Permanent

Hours of work: Full time - 37 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 37 days plus statutory bank holidays & College efficiency closures

(per annum)

Qualifications

•It is essential to hold a minimum level 5 qualification in a relevant field and;

•It is desirable to hold a PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification.*

•It is desirable to hold an ILM or recognised management qualification.**

* Where not held, the College will support you to work towards a PGCE.
** All new appointments to Curriculum Area Manager roles within the college are supported by a bespoke management training programme.
