Senior Premises Officer - Caerau Primary

Salary: £21,407 per annum

2 x 30 hours per week positions available

The Governing Body wishes to appoint a reliable, self motivated and well organised person to take on the responsibility of Senior Premises Officer within our school.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent self management skills, an awareness of health and safety issues and the ability to deal with the supervision of cleaning staff.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
