Access and Inclusion is seeking to appoint an exceptional, self-motivated class teacher to join the secondary Learning Support Class for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Ysgol Afon Wen. The class currently supports approximately 12 pupils (Years 7 to 11) and is assisted by two Learner Support Assistants.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who possesses the knowledge, skills and understanding required to implement effective teaching, learning, assessment and behaviour management strategies. The successful candidate will be committed to achieving positive outcomes and supporting the progress and wellbeing of pupils with autism.
