Role Title: Lecturer in Coaching and Mentoring
Location: Northop - Business School
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time (18.5 hours)
Salary: £27,382 to £42,326 (Pro rata) upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine.
We are now searching for a Lecturer in Coaching and Mentoring to deliver our Coaching and Mentoring course from level 2 to level 5
As a Lecturer at Coleg Cambria you will be required to deliver both practical and classroom based learning to our students. You will also be responsible for enrolling students on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of our students at all times.
Essential Requirements
Qualified to at least Level 6 in a relevant specialist subject area and
qualified in Coaching & Mentoring at level 5 as a minimum
Hold an internal verification award at Level 4
Teaching or training Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407)
Able to identify, interpret and apply specific knowledge to practice
Competent digital literacy skills.
Be able to develop and use a range of teaching and learning techniques
