Bryncethin Primary School is a happy and friendly school, age range (3-11).

The Governors of this improving and forward-looking school are seeking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic, and innovative Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, and will work alongside the Headteacher to lead and inspire a dedicated team of teaching and support staff as the school continues its journey of sustained progress and success.

You should be:

- an outstanding practitioner committed to raising attainment and school improvement;

- passionate about education and has the commitment and drive to lead curriculum developments which enable all children to succeed in their learning;

- someone who has the necessary interpersonal and organisational skills to motivate and drive initiatives using the skills of the large staff team;

- someone with the personality, drive and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Governors in leading and managing the school.
